Top 5 best things about Dating a British Woman.

Being an American who has madly fallen in love with a beautiful, and witty British woman, I have come to love these 5 cultural passions. Now, sit back, grab a good brew and let the show commence.

Number 1: Humor or Humour as the British write it, can be found in everyday conversation. She spews out quick, witty and very thought out responses that always leaves me in stitches.

Number 2: Tea. Nothing screams British as much as a good tea. Being an American I had never given tea much thought, but since meeting my Queen I have come to see the importance of a good brew.

Number 3: Doctor Who. Do I really need to say anything else? Doctor Who is pure genius and what makes better a cold and rainy day? A Doctor Who marathon that is!

Number 4: Accent. Even getting into an argument brings a smile to my face because anything and everything sounds so sophisticated and beautiful with her accent!
Number 5: Etiquette. Nothing like going out for dinner to find out that you eat like a savage while your British woman is eating with knife and fork, with full table manners. This quality is always refreshing to see, to know that there are true classy women still out there and I am glad I found my Beautiful witty British babe!

Defining yourself.

I am me. you are you. this is us. we are together. There is no them, or they, it is only us, and we. Love you. love us, we are better together! The human race is a beautiful thing, yet dark at times, but no matter how dark it is the glimmer of light will always prevail against the deepest of darkness. Enjoy your day!

God [1]

Identity- The fact of being who or what a person or thing is.

The days are far and few when I think of my worth, and being. I found myself last night feeling as though I was lacking something, something so vital to my happiness that with out it I would forever be alone. I was amazed at myself this morning for even letting myself think like that. The scripture that kept coming to mind last night as I was getting a hold of myself was Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go". I was reminded this morning that I have been called to be a leader of leaders and that my Identity is not in what I have or in this case what I don't have but in who Christ is! This year is my year!! COME ON SOMEBODY!!

Random [1]

Every once and a while I have random thoughts/events and well this year I was able to spend Thanksgiving in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, Denmark!!! It was spent with great friends, awesome leaders and fantastic food!! I am not going to lie, I miss America, I miss my family and I certainly miss the best food in the world! It was nice to get over homesickness and just embrace the new scenery! I love my friends here and I couldn't imagine a better thanksgiving!! I loved everyone who joined us that evening! loved that after dinner we enjoyed watching Elf and slowly changed our thoughts to CHRISTMAS!! Cannot wait for a white christmas!!

Music [2]

It's been a long time since I've heard a band that makes Anthem style music. This band reminds me of Queen, the singer gives a faint vocal resemblance to Freddy Mercury. This band has surely made it to my itunes and most certainly to my top 30 fav bands of all time. I have yet to announce the band just to drag out the suspense but it is Fun, now the song that has my ears in a frenzy state is Some Nights. check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Church [1]

It comes as no surprise that the first service for Hillsong Copenhagen was nothing short of Spectacular! I'd like to take the time and say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported the move of God that is about to explode and change this city and this nation. An even bigger thanks goes out to all the volunteers who managed to pull it all off; from the host, to the kid's leaders, to the worship team, we all pulled our weight and saw that not ONLY ONE service but BOTH services ran smoothly! God's loved just poured out when our guest speaker Robert Furgesson preached up a storm of a message! all together there was about 450-500 people in attendance and about 40 or more gave their lives to christ that night!! This is the first of a long term movement that will forever change the history of this City and without a shadow of a doubt this nation! Here is a short Video.

Traveling [1]

Imagine the grains of sand running through the gap between your toes, the feeling is almost euphoric. The sun provides it's precious heat which penetrates your very soul, reminding you that there is still joy on this earth. The ocean engulfs your very existence and sweeps you away to a distant memory where all you can remember is the warm embrace of a lover. The very thought of this some what illusive dream brings the biggest smile to my face. One day, one day soon.

Pure Love
